How to use your VIP Guild Discount (Less than 24H to go!)

TL;DR:
option 1 (easy): just pledge for any rewards at any price, and the difference will be refunded at the end.
option 2 (cheaper up front): use secret links (below) to pledge at Copper price (larger discounts, if any, will be refunded at the end.)

This is a simple, step-by-step guide to using your VIP Guild Discount during the Kickstarter.

There are two ways to do it.

OPTION 1 — The Easy Way

This is the simplest method.

  1. Go to the Kickstarter when it launches
  2. Pledge for any reward, at any amount
  3. After the campaign ends, your pledge will be adjusted to your VIP price

That’s it.

No links, no setup, no extra steps.

This method lets you Pledge at the Rank: Copper price. If you have a discount higher/better than Copper, the difference will be refunded at the end.

This allows you to pledge at a lower initial price, with less to be refunded later.

Kickstarter allows “secret” reward links that go directly to specific pledge tiers and add-ons.

NOTE: If you want a secret Reward and Secret Add-On, you have to use both links; add the reward to your cart, then use the secret add-on link to add the secret add-on.

You can use these to pledge at the Copper VIP price instead of MSRP.

How it works:

  1. Click your reward’s secret link below
  2. You’ll be taken directly to that reward tier
  3. Pledge normally
  4. The discounted VIP: Copper price is already applied
