Production, Delivery Timeline, Legendary Binder Cancellation
Hi everyone! Just a quick update:
PRODUCTION
all of the products have been ordered and are now in production, excepting the Legendary Binders, as outlined below.
SHIPPING TIMELINE
- We should still be in the September delivery window for Binders, Loot Chests, Sleeves of Obscuring, and Extended Set Booster Packs
- If you opted on your survey to get CARDS FIRST, then your Core Set cards will start going out in early August (otherwise you'll get your cards when the rest of the binders are available)
LEGENDARY BINDERS
PLAYER CHARACTER Legendary Binders: This was our bad; we vastly overestimated the demand for PC legendary binders when we added it as a stretch goal. Unfortunately, to make the embossing requires expensive molds... and it would cost a great deal more money than the upcharge fee to create them for a handful (seriously, like a dozen or two per class) binders.
GAME MASTER Legendary Binders: We are confirming with the manufacturer, but these should be good to go.
NOTE: You will get your binder upgrade fee refunded (obviously)
SURVEYS
If you did PAY OVER TIME, your survey will go out within 48h of your final payment on July 14.

GUILD MEMBER DISCOUNTS
The refunds will be added as a credit to your backerkit pledge manager. It is a slow process, as there is no bulk upload option (argh!) but you can see your refund/discount in your guildhall account in the profile modal and profile page.
