Core Set Deck Packaging Complete + Manufacturing Fully Underway

GUILD HALL UPDATE — 2026-01-25
Core Set Deck Packaging Complete + Manufacturing Fully Underway

The Core Set Deck packaging is officially done.

All Core Set Decks now have finalized, print-ready packaging — fully color-coded to match the cards themselves, with clear item-type branding on the front and real example cards shown on the back. What you’re seeing in the attached designs is the final look: no placeholders, no “good enough for now”! this is the real thing.

Core Set Deck Packaging — Finalized

Each deck’s packaging is visually keyed to the type of items inside, using the same color language you see on the cards themselves. At a glance, you can tell what kind of deck you’re holding, where it fits in the system, and how it’s meant to be used at the table.

On the back of each box:

  • A short description of what the deck contains
  • Example item cards pulled directly from the deck
  • Clear positioning within the PackMule Inventory System

These are Core Set Decks, meaning:

  • These are the SRD 5.2 items that are in the Core Set
  • Every deck of a given type contains the same curated card list

Over One Million Individual Cards! Initial Core Set Deck Order

The first Core Set Deck production order is nearly complete, and it’s big.

The combined order across all Core Set Decks contains over 1,000,000 individual item cards.

At this point:

  • Core Set Deck cards are in manufacturing
  • Packaging is finalized and queued
  • Marketing sets are fully ordered
  • Immediate Fulfillment sets are fully ordered

Everything needed for launch, promotion, and fulfillment is now somewhere in the pipeline — printing, packing, assembly, or transit.

This is the phase where the system stops being theoretical and starts becoming physical at scale.

Core Set Decks Are On the Way

With packaging complete and cards in production, the Core Set Decks are no longer “coming someday.” They’re on their way.

These decks form the backbone of the PackMule Ultimate Inventory System — the reliable, non-random foundation that supports:

  • All 5e Mundane and Magic Items (with tons of duplicates) in the SRD 5.2
  • Merchant inventories
  • Encounter loot
  • Long-term campaigns

Which brings us to…

Reminder: Daily Unidentified Item = Raffle Entries

Every correct guess in the Daily Unidentified Item grants additional entries into the Immediate Fulfillment Raffle.

Two important multipliers apply:

  • Correct guesses increase entries
  • Higher Guild Rank increases how many entries you earn per action

In other words:

  • Guessing correctly matters
  • Ranking up matters
  • Doing both compounds your odds

Guild Hall Profiles — Lifetime vs Season Stats

The Guild Hall Profile Card and Full Profile Page have been updated to clearly separate:

  • Current Season stats
  • Lifetime stats

This unlocks a few useful (and honestly overdue) things:

  • You can see how you’re performing right now without losing sight of your long-term progress
  • New Guild Members aren’t visually buried under veterans with years of accumulated stats
  • Seasons can reset competitively without erasing personal history

Immediate Fulfillment Raffle Entries — Fixed and Visible

One more important housekeeping note:

Immediate Fulfillment Raffle entries are now displayed correctly on profiles.

Previously, profiles were only showing current season entries, which made it look like Season One entries had disappeared.

They were not lost.
They were just hidden.

Those entries are now properly surfaced, and your full Immediate Fulfillment total is accurately reflected.

Everything is moving.

Cards are printing.
Boxes are finalized.
Manufacturing is active.
Profiles are cleaner.
Stats are clearer.
And the Core Set Decks are no longer hypothetical.

More soon as production milestones lock in and delivery timelines tighten up.
