GUILD HALL UPDATE — 2026-02-16

MuleBrew Card Creator: Ordering Frontend Complete

This is the infrastructure update.

The frontend for ordering custom cards is complete, and we’ve finalized an intitial U.S.-based manufacturing partnership. Pricing is set. The pipeline from creation → order → production is now real.

Backend live ordering will finish this week. Small batch testing will roll out by Guild Rank, starting with Diamond members.

Pricing & Printing

Pricing is tiered based on the total number of physical cards in your order.

Tier Pricing

0–10 Cards — $19 ($1.90/ea)
11–18 Cards — $29 ($1.61/ea)
19–36 Cards — $49 ($1.36/ea)
37–54 Cards — $65 ($1.20/ea)
55–72 Cards — $85 ($1.18/ea)
73–108 Cards — $119 ($1.10/ea)
109–144 Cards — $139 ($0.97/ea)
145–180 Cards — $149 ($0.83/ea)
181+ Cards — $13 per 18-card sheet (~$0.72/ea)

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

A few important clarifications:

  • Pricing is per real-world physical card.
  • A 3-page item requires two physical cards.
  • Character Cards can be 8–10 physical cards depending on overflow and spell pages.

You’re paying for printed cardstock, not digital entries.

And yes — pricing is slightly higher than I’d personally like. But it’s in line with other print-on-demand custom deck services (and those don’t include the creator software you’re using). These are manufactured in the U.S. and ship from the U.S.

Print-and-play manufacturing queues can be unpredictable. There is a rush option that places your order at the front of the queue if you need it faster.

You Control What Gets Printed

You can remove individual cards from your order before checkout.

Examples:

  • If a 3-page item spills onto a second card and you don’t need that continuation page printed, remove it.
  • If you’re printing an updated Character Card and your backstory hasn’t changed, remove that page from the order.

You’re not locked into printing everything every time.

Templates Are Now in Your Collection

Templates are now visible directly in your collection and can be edited immediately.

You can also filter them out from sorting if you don’t want them cluttering your main view.

All mundane weapon and armor templates are now in everyone’s collection for free.

In the near future, all Core Set SRD items will be available as template packs. That means you’ll be able to:

  • Start from an official SRD item
  • Duplicate it
  • Tweak it
  • Turn it into your version

Instead of building from scratch every time.

What Happens Next

Backend ordering logic and live payment routing will be finalized this week.

After that:

  • Small batch testing begins
  • Rollout starts with Diamond Rank
  • Expands downward by Guild Rank

This will let us stress-test fulfillment in controlled waves before opening it wide.

Where This Puts MuleBrew

We now have:

  • Item creation
  • Character Cards
  • Custom Item Types
  • PDF import
  • Template packs
  • Physical manufacturing
  • Tiered pricing
  • Editable print selection

This is no longer just a card generator.

It’s a creator-to-physical pipeline.

More updates this week once backend ordering goes live for testing.
