Introducing the Daily Item Backlog – Catch Up, Power Up, No Risk

Missed a few Daily Unidentified Items? Now you can go back in time and guess them anyway with the new Daily Item Backlog. It’s a full calendar view of past Daily Items where every day is clickable and every guess is pure bonus EXP.

When you open the Backlog, it automatically jumps to the oldest day you haven’t guessed yet, so you’re always working through your true backlog instead of hunting around. You can use the Previous/Next Day arrows or pop open the Backlog Calendar to jump to any date in a single click.

On the calendar, each day is color-coded so you can see your history at a glance:

• Black = no guess yet (backlog waiting for you)
• Green = you guessed correctly
• Red = you guessed incorrectly
• Greyed-out = days that aren’t available in the backlog

Under the calendar, you’ll see live counts for Total, Guessed, Correct, Incorrect, and Missing days, so you can literally watch your backlog shrink as you clear it. There’s also a “Next Missing Day” button that instantly jumps you to the next unguessed date, letting you chain backlog guesses as fast as you want.

Each backlog day shows the Daily Item art, title, rarity, and item type, just like the live Daily Guess. If you’ve already guessed that day, you’ll see your original guess plus a bold CORRECT/INCORRECT label and the answer image. If you haven’t guessed yet, you get a clean guess box, submit button, and then the answer reveal once you lock it in.

And the important part:
Backlog guesses do not affect your live Daily Guess stats in any way.

Your Streak, correct/incorrect ratio, total guesses, and other Daily Guess stats all remain based only on the live daily game. Backlog is a completely separate “catch-up lane” that can only help you.

EXP-wise, the Backlog is free value:

• 15 EXP for each correct backlog guess
• 5 EXP for each incorrect backlog guess

So even when you’re wrong, you’re still earning. No penalties, no streak breaks, no stat damage—just more chances to show off what you know and stack EXP from the days you missed.
